Name This Sandwich And Win it!

You can tell by taking some well deserved time off and catching up with family has reinvigorated the creative juices for Chefs Shelby and Chris Palmatier at Mr. P’s Mountain Smokehouse.

The proof is pictured above in the restaurant’s brand, spanking new sandwich. What’s come off the smoker and out of the kitchen is a wonder to behold. From Chef Shelby:

“Pulled pork in a hoagie roll with Granny Smith apple slices, crispy bacon, topped with sharp cheddar and a Greg ginger barbecue sauce”.
