At today’s Used Book Sale, pick up a good, summer read. 10 am - 2 pm, in the Basement of The Hudson Headwater Health Building. The volunteers will happily take any books you’d like to donate -- off your hands.
It’s a huge weekend for the mainstage cast and crew of Schroon’s own the ADK Shakes Company. Today at 2:.30 pm at the Scaroon Manor Campground, the company presents “Twelfth Night, or What You Will” Tonight, at the Schroon Lake Central School, it’s Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. Then Sunday the cast is back at the Scaroon Manor Campground for Hamlet, Prince of Denmark at the Ampitheatre at 2.30 pm.

Modern Grass Quintet
It’s the 23rd Annual Adirondack Folk Festival, at the stage near the Boathouse, from 12 - 5pm. Performances by Dan Berggren and Ed Lowman, Peggy Lynn and Dan Duggan, Possumshaw, Patti Casey and Bob Amos, the Modern Grass Quintet. This event is free. Proudly sponsored by the Schroon Lake Arts Council.
ADK Shakes presents Hamlet, Prince of Denmark at the Ampitheatre at 2.30 pm at the Scaroon Manor Campground.
