Mark your calendars to see Dan under the new Pavilion at Minerva Lake on Saturday, July 24th at 4:00 pm. Funds raised will support nonprofits across the communities of Chester, Horicon, Johnsburg, Minerva and Schroon. More from the official press release: Tickets can be purchased for $15 by emailing CFGMR event organizers BY July 21st at CFGMRAdkF@gmail.com or call 518-251-5748 for details. Children 12 & under are free. Advance ticket purchases are appreciated for planning purposes. All proceeds will benefit the fund and additional donations are welcome. The event will comply with current COVID-19 outdoor venue guidelines and will take place rain or shine thanks to seating under the covered pavilion.
With community needs still high as the region begins to recover from the effects of the pandemic, funds raised from the event will help CFGMR continue to ensure grant dollars are available to area nonprofits each year. In 2020, the fund awarded $25,000 in grants to area organizations in Chester, Horicon, Johnsburg, Minerva and Schroon.
